Hayes the Hurricane

OK Hayes has just been in to everything these days.  He is so curious, and with that he is pulling apart drawers and anything he can THROW.  Aunt Jessica has nick named him "Hayes the Hurricane"  Oh we cannot wait to see what you get in to next!

Our First Year

Its a Saturday work day on Hayes' first birthday party and as I'm planning I'm reminiscing on our first year with our precious 'not so baby anymore' boy.  He has brought nothing but joy, laughter, and memories to our family and we truly wish we could just "freeze frame time".  I just thought I'd share some of our highlight moments of this year.  Stay tuned for next month when Hayes turns ONE and we celebrate with our Hole in ONE birthday party.

On The Band Wagon

Well, I have just jumped on the blogging bandwagon.  I have never had the time but have also thought, who in the world is interested in what we do.  My sister in law, Samantha, has the best blog and I have noticed it is the perfect scrapbook of your life.  How much fun will it be to look back, laugh and reminisce on things that have happened to us and how God has blessed us both big and small!

 A little about our family!  Lee and I met while at school at Texas A&M University (WHOOP!) 5 1/2 years ago.  We have been married now for 2 1/2 years and have just been blessed with the greatest gift of all, a precious little boy, Hayes Walker Harughty!  Hayes was born May 10, 2010.  Our journey with Hayes the past 8 months has been the most fulfilling, joyful experience.  Our cup has runneth over and we cant imagine it getting any better, although we know it only gets better!  Sit back, relax (buckle up) and watch our family grow :)
